Using the File

The file is in .csv format. You should be able to use this file with any spreadsheet program including: Microsoft Excel, WordPerfect, and OpenOffice.

Your spreadsheet program may be configured to open .csv files. If so all you have to do is double click the file. If it does not open into a spreadsheet close the file and right click it. Choose "Open With" and select your spreadsheet program.

If you don't have a spreadsheet program OpenOffice is available for free on the Internet.
