1 January 1999 | Opening Ceremony - High School Gym 7 PM.

5 May 1999 | Village Birthday Party - potluck supper, games and birthday cake at Reunion Centre

12 July to 18 July | Settler Days (Whole Week)
|
12 July 6 PM | Opening Barbecue - Pig roast at Reunion Centre - $2/person; 6 & under free. Barbecue pork, potato salad, beans & bun)
|
13 July 5:30 PM | Honored Guests Banquet - banquet to honor the seniors of Stirling past and present. Delicious free meal and entertainment.

14 July | Quilt Contest - traditional special occasion, general baby and beginner quilts. Set up at the school from 9 AM to 11 AM with judging a noon. Viewing until 9 PM.
|
|
Old Time Fair - Craft, baking plus numerous other entries entered, judged and ribbons awarded. Set up at the school starts at 9 AM with judging at noon. Old time fiddlers will be playing at 3 PM. Food will be auctioned off at 6 PM. Viewing until 9 PM.

15 July 10 AM | Kids Day - In the park - Something for all ages; petting zoo, carnival games, helium balloons, family games and obstacle course, family picnic and much more.

16 July 7:30 PM | Chautauqua - music and old fashion "mellerdrammer" entitled "The Plight of the Widow's Daughters" by Betty Sorensen at the School. Cost: $2/person - 12 & under free.

17 July | Firemen's Free Breakfast - 7 AM-9 AM held at the Fire hall along with the official ribbon cutting for the new addition. (pancakes, eggs and juice)
|
|
5K -Run - 7 AM - Run starts at the Village office. Cost: $10 per runner or $35 per family with T-shirts included.
|
|
Parade - Line up at the park at 9 AM; judging at 9:30 AM; parade starts at 10 AM.
|
|
Kiosk Ribbon Cutting - at the Kiosk immediately following the parade.
|
|
Dignitaries Lunch - Free lunch for invited dignitaries at the Village office following the Kiosk ribbon cutting.
|
|
"Sluff" - Card game for young and old - if you don't know how to play don't worry someone will be there to show you how!! - Noon to 2 PM at the Renunion Centre.
|
|
Gymkana - Equestrian games and events for young and old at the arena starting at noon.
|
|
Heavy Horse Team Events - Fun events for the heavy horse enthusiast starting at 3 PM in the arena.
|
|
Ball Tournament - starting Friday evening and continuing Saturday following the parade at the Park Ball Diamonds. Family and fun tournament.
|
|
Kids games & free pool games at the park & pool.
|
|
Concession stands and goodies to eat available at all events.
|
|
Beef-on-a-Bun - 6 PM - Traditional beef-on-a-Bun meal at Reunion Centre.
|
|
Firemen Auction - Lots of items for everyone immediately following the Beef-on-a-Bun at the Reunion Centre.
|
|
Street Dance - 9 PM - Great free fun in front of the pool.
|
|
Fireworks - 11 PM - Gigantic fireworks for all to see free of charge at the park.

18 July 6 PM | Fireside Church Service - Speaker: Hugh W. Pinnock (a General Authority) at the Stirling LDS Chapel

|
31 December | Closing Activity - Formal Green and Gold Ball in the School Gym (Chameleon Dance Band, also known as the Lethbridge Big Band)
