Ingredients: Whole eggs, egg yolks, egg whites. Net wt. 48 oz. - 144 eggs - Case wt. 23 lb. Serving size: 2 tsp. (9.5 grams) (equals 1 medium egg) Servings per container: 144 Directions: Add 2 tsp. mix to 2 tsp. water and whisk until all the crystals are dispersed. Cook promptly after mixing. Use for omlets, scrambled eggs, french toast. May also be used in baking. When using with other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute egg mix. Simply add them dry to other dry ingredients and increase liquid requirements by the necessary amount. |
