Vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils). Contains less than 2% of leavening (baking soda and sodium aluminum phosphate), dextrose, salt, xanthan gum, mono and dyglycerides. Net wt. 72 oz. Case wt. 27 lb.
