Ingredients: potatoes, textured vegetable protein ( soy, flour, carmel coloring), beef fat, peas, whole wheat flour, dextrin, onion, modified food starch, nonfat milk, carrots, salt, beef extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, corn, carmel color, partially hydrolyzed soybeam oil, corn syrup solids, spice, sodium sulfite and sodium bisulfite (preservatives) Net wt. 40 oz. Case wt. 18 lbs. Serving size:3/4 cup Servings per container:17 Directions: Add mountain stew blend to 5 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
