Ingredients: Whole egg, non-fat milk, vegetable oil (may contain soybean oil or corn oil), salt, approved color. Net wt. 48 oz. Case wt. 18 lb. Serving size: 3 tbsp. (25 g) = one large egg Servings per container: 53 Directions: Add 3 tbsp. mix to 3 tbsp. water and mix well. Cook as scrambled egg or use in omelets, french toast, etc. When using with other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute egg mix. Simply add them dry to other dry ingredients and increase liquid requirements by necessary amount. NOTE: Salmonella negative as determined by U.S. RDA method of analysis but care should be taken in storage in handling. |
