Ingredients: Ground degermed yellow corn, iron, niacin, thiamine, hydrochloride, riboflavin.

Directions: Cook for cereal. For corn bread: Combine 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, and 1 tsp salt. Add 1 egg and 1 cup milk. Makes 8 inch square pan.
