Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour, (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), sugar, soy flour, dextrose, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), modified starch, vegetable shortening, (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils), whole eggs, buttermilk, salt, soy lecithin, nonfat milk. Net wt. 63 oz. Case wt. 23 lbs. 10 oz. Serving size: 1\2 cup dry mix (57 g dry) Servings per container: 78 3-4" pancakes Directions: Mix 3 1/2 cups mix with 2 1/2 cups water (less for thicker pancake), stirring gradually. Do not over mix.
