Powdered Milks

We sell two kinds of milk: Regular and Instant. Both milks are nonfat and both are powdered. Some people want milk with the fat still in it but it wouldn't store nearly as well. If this is important to you, try the Morning Moo in the milk section of the catalog. So what's the difference between the instant and regular milk?
Instant milk mixes easier but takes up slightly more space. A #10 can of instant milk makes 19 quarts of reconstituted milk.
Regular milk mixes harder but is slightly more compact making 20 quarts of milk from a #10 can. It also has added vitamin A and D. Vitamin A is usually hard to get in the traditional food supply so this could be important for you. Regular milk isn't hard to prepare if you mix it the night before. Don't worry about the lumps. Throw it in the refrigerator and by morning the lumps will have dissipated out. You might want to give it a quick stir and then it's ready to use.
