We have two different kinds of corn, yellow dent and super sweet. Both are dry.
        The yellow dent corn is a type of field corn that's basically only good for grinding or making hominy. A person could boil this for hours and hours and it would never soften up nor would it ever taste like sweet corn out of a can.
        On the other hand, our sweet corn is designed for rehydrating and eating like sweet corn. Both store well.
