Directions: Corn syrup solids when reconstituted have a bland flavor and moderate hygoscopicity.  May be used in pie fillings, icings, confections, ice cream, jams and jellies.  Use approximately ½ cup powder to 3 tbs. water.  Stir until dissolved.
