Directions: Rinse and sort 1-1/2 cups soup mix.  Add to 2 quarts seasoned stock made from chicken, beef, ham or other meat.  Chopped vegetables may be added if desired. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 90 minutes or until tender.  Season as desired and serve.
