Our 9 Grain Cracked Cereal contains hard red wheat, soft white wheat, oat groats, hulled barley, corn, millet, flax, rye and hulled barley. Intended mostly as a cooked breakfast cereal, the 9 grain cracked cereal is a hardy meal with a more potent flavor and texture than rolled oats or germade. Plus, you get the more balanced nutrition of 9 grains - this is a very healthy breakfast. Nine grain cracked cereal gives breads a nutty, hearty texture. You could even grind it into flour if you wanted.Directions: Cook 1/2 cup with 1 cup water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serve with honey and milk.
