Ingredients: Enriched long grain parboiled rice, ferric phosphate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate and folic acid.
Directions: Add 1 cup rice to 3 cups cold water. May add 1 tbsp. margarine or butter and 1 tsp. salt. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 15-20 minutes, keeping lid on but stirring several times. Fluff with fork before serving.
