Ingredients: Mix of dehydrated green beans, garden peas, sweet corn, and carrot dices.

 Directions:  For 2 servings: combine ½ cup vegetables with 1 cup water.  Bring to a boil.  Cover.  Simmer for 15-20 minutes.  Drain.  Season as desired and serve.  Yields 1 cup cooked vegetables.  For softer vegetables, soak in water overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
