Ingredients:  Dehydrated potato shreds, starch, dextrose, onion powder.  Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite.

Directions:    Pour 1 cup potatoes into 3 cups salted boiling water.  Turn down heat and simmer until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain.  Yields 2 cups reconstituted potatoes.  Use in any recipe calling for potatoes. May be refrigerated, keeping well covered when water is drained.  Fry on well oiled grill at 375* for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
